Sthita Prajna - Journey to "Sameness"
Join us again in a spiritual journey to one of the most ancient cities of Japan,
Kyoto. In this course we go deeper into the true meaning of sameness and how
to live a balanced life. The course includes daily asana class as well philosophy and chanting.
Most of the meals will be provided as well as an overnight trip to the countryside on the
weekend. In Kyoto, we will stay the whole time in a peaceful 500-year-old zen temple
with shared tatami rooms and all the classes are held in a shala by the Japanese garden.
This is a rare opportunity to visit very special Japanese places with our teacher Dr Vijaya Kumar Manja
and experience the gurukula style of learning in a very beautiful zen atmosphere.. He will be a special guest of the workshop organized by Yumi Kaneko (Yoga Sanctuary Brisbane) .and Yuki Shimada (Osaka).
